Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & No Shows:
We understand that sometimes plans change, but please be aware that cancellations without sufficient notice or no-shows result in lost opportunities for our stylists and clients on the waiting list. As our services are reserved specifically for you, a $25 fee will apply for any last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

To ensure a smooth booking process, we require a valid credit/debit card to secure all appointments, regardless of your payment method. Your card will not be charged unless there is a cancellation within 24 hours or if you do not show up for your appointment.

Tardiness Policy:
If you’re running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to reach out to late clients 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. If we are unable to make contact, your appointment may be reopened or given to another client. If you arrive late, your services may be adjusted to fit the remaining time.

Exchanges & Refunds:
Please note that we do not offer refunds for services performed or gift card purchases. Retail items may only be exchanged for equal or lesser value within 7 days of purchase, and the products must be unopened. Returns will only be accepted for store credit; we do not provide cash refunds or apply credit to your account.

Parties:
Bookings lasting longer than 2 hours, or group appointments for two or more people, require a valid credit card to secure the reservation. A deposit of 50% of the total service cost, along with a 20% gratuity, is required for all group bookings. For appointments outside of normal business hours, an additional charge of $25 per person will apply and must also be secured with a valid credit card.

Salon Services:
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our hair services. If you experience any issues related to our services, we will gladly correct them within 7 days of the service, free of charge. Please contact us within this time frame to schedule a follow-up appointment. To guarantee the best results for color and chemical services, we recommend purchasing the prescribed products through Salon D’Artista.

Price Policy:
Our prices are subject to change without notice. Service prices may vary based on the length, texture, and density of your hair, as well as the stylist you select.

Gratuity:
Prices for services do not include gratuity. Tips are always appreciated and should reflect the quality of service provided. The standard gratuity is typically between 15% and 25% of the original service price, before any discounts or promotions.
